Edible Eagles
Ingredients
1/4 Cup of White Chocolate Chips Melted
6 Large Marshmallows
Finely Shredded Coconut
6 Oreo Cookies
6 Cashews
Black Decorators' Gel
Directions
1. Melt 1/4 Cup of white chocolate chips.
2. For each Eagle, drop a large marshmallow into the melted chocolate and roll and coat all of the marshmallow.
3. Roll coated marshmallow in coconut, leaving one end uncovered. That uncovered end will sit on top of the Oreo.
4. Place the coated marshmallow coconut free end down on top of the Oreo.
5. Use a toothpick to make a hole in the side of the marshmallow and insert a cashew for the beak.
6. Use the black gel/icing for the Eagle's eyes.
Kid Tip:
If kids do not like coconut taste just coat the marshmallow with the melted chips and it will still look like an Eagle without the coconut.
