Episode 7: 4th of July Pinwheel Cookies
Ingredients:
Sugar Cookie Mix
Food Coloring (red & blue)
Rainbow Sprinkles
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Prepare sugar cookie dough as directed
- Divide dough evenly into 3 bowls with different color food coloring
- Roll each color of dough into grape-sized balls
- Combine a ball of each color and quickly roll into a larger ball. It will look like a beach ball.
- Then roll that ball between your hands and counter until you have a snake.
- Starting from one end, roll the dough into a coil.
- Roll edges of the cookie into sprinkles.
- Bake cookie for 8-10 minutes or until done.
